A little personal backstory here. I originally got into publishing through my OG magazine, Get Griefy (we were just featured on Good Morning Washington—you should check it out!), following the sudden and unexpected loss of my mom. Here’s the happy part, over 13 years ago, during the week of my wedding, when we were stationed at MCB Kaneohe, she bought a silver sand dollar necklace in Hawaii. She wore it all the time—and now, it’s something I never take off.
So when I saw these adorable studs, adding them to cart felt like a no-brainer. I went with the gold (I’m not exactly a matchy-matchy girl), but truly, both options are so good. I already know these are going to be on heavy rotation the second they arrive.
