Growth Hour: Deep Roots
You've spent years putting everyone else's mission first. Deep Roots is six weeks where someone finally asks: what's your plan for your own growth? Join retired Air Force veteran and military spouse Heidi Blair for a 6-week small-group cohort walking through all 15 of John Maxwell's Invaluable Laws of Growth. Twelve seats around a virtual table, real conversation, and by week six you'll have a written personal growth plan that's actually yours. Each Tuesday you'll unpack 2-3 laws, leave with one practice you can use that same day, and come back the next week to talk about what happened. Every session is recorded, so a TDY week or a sick kid doesn't mean you fall behind. This is for milspouses building businesses between moves, veterans stepping into civilian leadership, and anyone who's tired of growing everyone except themselves.
